Each condo rental features three or four bedrooms, easily accommodating groups of families or friends.

All of the vacation rentals at Mar Vista Grande feature kitchens with the works, including full-sized appliances. No hurricane-related coverage will be afforded for policies purchased after any eminent hurricane has been named. All claims processes must be carried out through the Reservation Holder. We strongly urge that you purchase travel insurance especially for stays during hurricane season June 1st through November 30th.

No Refunds will be made for a mandatory hurricane evacuation unless you have purchased travel insurance. Linens and Maid Service All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels, which are fully laundered between every stay at a professional off-site facility using industrial grade washers and dryers, providing the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.

There will be enough linen and towels for the maximum occupancy only. Parking Motorcycles, trailers, campers, boats, jet skis, etc. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles at most locations. Please call our office to inquire about specific parking regulations at your condominium complex prior to your arrival.
